Trained at the prestigious Taj Banjara in Hyderabad, Chef Roy has honed his skills through multiple experiences both in India and abroad.
Notably, Chef Roy has been a key player in various opening projects of international food dimensions, including in Riyadh. He was also a vital member of the opening team for the Center of Excellence in Himachal Pradesh, a dream project of the Government of Himachal Pradesh aimed at elevating hospitality standards in the region.
